Tell your friends the situation, and say how much you like him. tell them that you know they feel for him too, but no one will be happy if you reject him, as he'll still like you, and they will still be admmiring from afar. tell the boy your situation as well, adn that you really like him, but are afraid of hurting a friends feelings see what they/he says
