Is this an OK story idea? What do you think?

I think it's ok but perhaps a bit dull tbh.. maybe you could add a twist like a serious illness affecting one of the girls and then it becomes clear that life is so important and that all the cheating is shallow and hurtful. The girls can become close again... something like that perhaps.
