Reverse sneezing how to cure it?

My jack Russell reverse sneezes usually when he is inside but I'm not sure he sort of snorts and looks like he can't breath through his nose.Should I just let him go through it.I will take him to the vet but has it got something to do with him being inside and what is reverse sneezing and how does it affect his health.What can I do to ease the discomfort.When I watch videos on you tube they don't look like him when he does it her lurches forward help please!!
