Shes Pregnant. Advice Needed DESPERATLY.?

Someone very close to me has been dating this guy for about 2 years secretly. Only a few know but her parents wouldnt allow them to date. They were off and on.. he broke up with her and cheated on her several times and has put her through a lot. Shes called me many times crying and I've tried to tell her she needs to leave him, but she really loves him. I think she deserves way better and hes being really selfish. I want her to be happy but shes crazy for this guy even after all hes done to her. Well tonight she came home crying her eyes out and I find out he got some other girl pregnant. He and this girl are talking about getting married and whats best for the kid and I'm worried my cousin is going to end up making herself sick over this. Shes realllllllly upset and I want to help her as best as I can. What should I say?
