Please help?! Trouble when I insert tampon?

So I've had my period like three times, and every time I insert a tampon it goes in, but it kind of feels like something inside of me is moving. Like shifting. I get a slight uncomfortable feeling, like a lurch, but then it's gone once it's in, andit happens everytime. Can someone please explain this?
