How do i Tell my best friend i love him?

okay so im a guy and im dont think im gay itz just this one guy hes the only dude i would date Im in love with him and the only reason i kinda wanna tell him is because i think he likes me too because hes always touching me and grabing my hips ,we eat after eachother, when i stay over he makes me sleep on the same bed and he cuddles with me soposedly in his sleep, he wants to move in together after college and he bites and kisses my cheeks alot, im really scared to tell him thou because he somtimes acts like hes really against being gay but other times he dosent. idk if thts just how he is or dose he secretly like me
