Does he like me? Somewhat long story, so be prepared....?

Sounds like he definitely likes you, but I'm just wondering why he doesn't ask you out or anything. My boyfriend talks to me more than usual when he knows or even suspects that I am angry with him, always tells me personal things that are going on with his family and friends, sends random statements or questions about things and carries on with me for a while, and is always doing thoughtful things for me.
